We are a large 10000 square foot Home improvement store located in West Seneca, we have a large showroom that is divided into many different sections with all having private entrances, we also have a large warehouse that can be used for shipping and recieving. What we are looking to do is, rent out some or all of our establishment in hopes to get someone in that is related to the home improvemnt field, ie. electrician looking for a place to warehouse their belongings or plumbers to do the same, or if interested in a flooring business. or we have office space we can lease with conference room!! Anyway you want to slice it, we have space to rent, great opportunity for a small business to get started
